TERMS & CONDITIONS
We have prepared the following Terms and Conditions in order to help prevent misunderstandings and to answer user questions.
- All accommodation is subject to the real time resort booking engine confirmation.
- Reservations must be made online. Please ensure your accommodation request form is filled out complete.
- All condominium bookings are on a weekly stay and are available only for the date listed. All condominium confirmations are final, no cancellation accepted and non-refundable once the booking and payment process has been completed. There is no refund for any unused portion of stay.
- Accommodation provided varies; size of units available is displayed during the search and booking and booking process, select the size of unit available according to your needs.
- At check-in, traveler will be expected to present the written confirmation, a major credit card and proper identification.
- Your User License Agreement has a $149.00 dollars annual renewal fee which must be paid at the anniversary date of purchase in order to continue accessing the site and benefits.
- Prices for accommodations shown do not include meals, drinks, and incidental charges such as telephone calls, taxes or miscellaneous charges incurred by guest. Some condominium resorts require additional fees for the use of certain amenities and facilities. These fees are determined and collected at the host resort. Occupancy taxes and other such fees (i.e. key, security, damage, utility, etc.) that may be required by certain resorts are responsibility of the guest.
- At least one occupant must be over 22 years of age.
- Each Resort has its own specific check-in and check-out times, such information is posted at the real time reservation booking engine.
- Proof of confirmation may not be transferred or sold.
- The traveler named in the confirmation must be present at the time of check-in.
- Units' capacities for occupancy are strictly enforced by the host resorts.
- It is Guest responsibility to advise the condominium resort if arriving late on date of check-in. To avoid cancellation of entire booking, guest must notify condominium resort if actual check-in date will be later than reserved arrival date
- Should there be any problems upon check-in, please contact the Customer Services Department immediately at the telephone number contained on your confirmation. Customer Services Department reserves the right to remedy booking problems prior to the guest securing alternative accommodation, or committing to any costs. Our company, its subsidiaries, employees and associates decline financial responsibility for any debts incurred without proper authorization.
- We are not responsible for acts of nature that may inconvenience travelers. In the event of a natural disaster or acts of terrorism or any other reason beyond our control, our company, its subsidiaries, employees and associates disclaim any liability or obligation and will not be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage to persons or property, for any reason whatsoever.
Rewards Cash Program
- The recipient of a Rewards CashSM Account is entitled to Instant Cash Rewards with participating suppliers listed at www.vacancyrewards.com. Your Rewards CashSM account will pay a portion of the total charges at each participating supplier. The remaining balance of charges for each participating supplier cannot be paid from your Rewards CashSM account and must be charged to a major credit card at the time of transaction. All transactions must be made through the Vacancy Rewards website, call center or designated affiliate. Please refer to the aforementioned website for current award levels for each participating supplier.
- This Rewards CashSM reward may not be combined with or applied to other certificates, promotions or special offers, special rate programs, including, but not limited to: all inclusive fees, maintenance fees, upgrades, tour/travel packages, group, internet, convention/company meeting, senior rates, companion rates, 3rd or 4th person rates, student or child rates, early bookings or value added price programs or repeat passenger or repeat guest programs, or industry discounts.
Priority Pass
- Vacancy Rewards provides you a complimentary Priority Pass™ Standard Membership, giving you access to more than 600 participating airport VIP lounges in over 300 cities worldwide, regardless of the airline or class of travel in which you're flying. After a visit to a participating VIP Lounge a fee of just US$27 per person, per visits is charged to the member's designated payment card.
- I understand that entry into the Lounges is conditional upon my presenting a valid Priority Pass membership card, which will be sent to me as part of my membership package. I agree to abide by the Conditions of Use as contained in the Lounge Directory. Lounge usage fees for my guest/my guests and me (as per the membership plan indicated above) are to be charged to the payment card provided at enrollment at the prevailing rate. I realize my membership is extended to me as an enhancement benefit for my membership purchase at Vacancy Rewards.
- I understand that the Priority Pass Standard membership has an annual fee of US$99, however the benefit is provided to you as a courtesy of Vacancy Rewards as long as your membership is current.
